Apricot Gin Daisy

• 1.5 oz of Rock 12 Gin
• 1 tsp of apricot jam
• 1 oz grapefruit juice
• .5 oz of lemon

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well. Then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a coupe and garnish
