Cara Cara Gin Sour

• 1.5 oz Rock 12 Gin
• .5 oz fresh cara cara orange juice
• 1 oz lemon
• .25 oz simple syrup
• Egg White

Add ingredients and shake vigorously. Add ice to the shaker and shake again, strain. Top with bitters and a dehydrated orange slice
