Cucumber Gin Fizz

• 1.5 oz Rock 12 Gin
• Sliced Persian cucumbers
• .75 oz lime juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• Sparkling Water

Muddle cucumbers with lime juice and simple syrup. Add gin and shake in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and serve with sparkling water and a cucumber garnish.
